My CK Goodies

So at the Portland Creating Keepsakes Convention I went a little crazy shopping. My budget was almost doubled from last year thanks to an early Christmas gift from my in-laws. I hope to do another post in another week or so of my class projects, but I want to/need to finish some of them up first. I decided to post my shopping pictures first, since I got it all put away today. It is kinda sad that my stash doesn't even look bigger. Oh well! Here is all the fun stuff!

So here is all my paper! I love buying paper lines since it gives me so many options when I go to use it, especially since all of these are double sided. I got Echo Park Playground, Fancy Pants Beach Babe, Fancy Pants It's the Little Things, Bo Bunny Vicki B, Bo Bunny Crush, Bo Bunny Ad Lib, My Mind's Eye Stella Rose, My Mind's Eye Fine & Dandy.

This picture is all of the other stuff. I got tons of bling (hard to pass it up at either $1 or $0.99!). Some Dazzlers stickers. A Button Farm kit that was on sale for $25! Lots of trim...I am slightly obsessed with the trim lately. Some small Technique Tuesday Stamps. Those pretty fabric flowers. The vintage stuff from 7 Gypsies for a project for my Mother-In-Law. Wood hearts and butterflies. Spray ink by Glimmer Mist & Mister Huey. A couple of Steeler Die Cuts. A wooden Library Drawer for my Mother-In-Law's gift. The glue glider pro was a door prize in one of my classes. I also got an acrylic album, banner, tag & word phrase. There is also a set of Studio Calico stamps.

Now I can't wait to start using everything!

A couple new layouts before I leave for CK Convention in Portland

Well, this wasn't a super productive week, since my supplies have been packed up for the last couple of days, but I did manage to finish these layouts.

So a while ago I created this on Facebook using some of my status updates throughout 2010. I loved the idea and I have been planning on scrapping it. I used various Bo-Bunny papers and stickers. I love how simplistic it turned out.

For this layout I used a Jana Eubank sketch. I used the Echo Park For the Record line. I actually like this line a lot more than I thought I would. I cut the scalloped circle on the Silhouette. I then used the sheet that I cut it from as a mask and sprayed the background cardstock with Olive Glimmer Mist.

Finally for this layout I used a Page Maps sketch. I used the Echo Park Springtime line for this layout. I cut the hearts using my Silhouette. I love how much the machine stitching added to this layout. The title I created with American Craft Thickers. The trim is from Jo-Ann's sewing department.

Frosted Designs Sketch Tuesday Layout

As soon as the sketch on March 8th came out I knew I wanted to play along. I found the perfect photos and printed them out after playing with them in Photoshop Elements. I also knew what paper I wanted to use. The problem was I had ordered the paper and was waiting for it to show up. It finally got here last night. So today during my daughter's naptime I got to scrapping this layout finally.

Here is the sketch from Frosted Designs:
And here is my layout:
I used the new Echo Park For the Record Collection. The metallic trim is from Jo-Ann's. The title is from the Silhouette store and is perfect for this layout. I cut it out using Echo Park cardstock. The brad in the center of the green flower is from American Crafts.

A bunch of new layouts

I am still on my scrapping roll! I can't believe how much I have been able to get done lately. I only have a few more days before it is time to pack everything up and head off to CKC Portland. I am really excited!!

Here I stared with a December 2010 Page Maps sketch. The kraft cardstock is from Recollections. I used white Bazzill cardstock for the title and the hearts and then sprayed them with Glimmer Mist. The felt flower is from Oriental Trading Company. The butterfly is from my stash. The papers are from Basic Grey. I used designs in the Silhouette store to cut the hearts, title and the borders. The rhinestone circle is from Kaisercrafts.

I started this layout with a June 2010 Page Maps sketch. The cream cardstock is from Bazzill. The paper and embellishments are from Bo-Bunny's Olivia line. The title is a design from the Silhouette store and I cut it using Bazzill cardstock.

For this layout I used an Allison Davis Volume 5 sketch. The gray cardstock is from Doodlebug. The patterned paper, journaling card & sticker is from Echo Park's Everybody Loves Christmas line. The twine in the buttons is from The Twinery. The buttons are from Oriental Trading Company and Making Memories. The title was cut on the Silhouette using a design from their store. I also used a faux chipboard technique on the title. I cut the title out 6 times and layered them together to create the raised effect.

I did this layout for the 1 hour challenge on Club CK. Papers are from Jillibean Soup. Cardstock is from Bazzill, Quikutz, DCWV & Recollections. The sequin trim is from Jo-Ann's. The flowers are from Prima and Oriental Trading Company. Brads are from Making Memories. The mixer and title were cut on the Silhouette. The mixer design is from their store and I designed the title. And I used an April 2010 Page Maps sketch.

I used the Echo Park Be Mine collection for this layout. I also used lots of foam squares to give this layout a lot of dimension. I used a Page Maps sketch for this layout. The bling is from Recollections.

This is a layout that I did for the Holiday Headstart at Club CK last year. I finally got around to adding the pictures from Thanksgiving. Here is the information from when I posted the page before.
I created this 2 page spread for Thanksgiving. The papers & rub-ons are all Fancy Pants. The cardstock is from American Crafts & Bazzill. I cut out the title and journaling shape on the Silhouette. I used an Allison Davis sketch for this layout. I plan on adding pictures of the family at Thanksgiving this year.

Rest of weekend layouts plus some from this week

I finally got enough daylight to take the pictures of the last four pages that I finished over the weekend. I also finished four more pages this week already. I have just been on a roll! Here are the finished layouts.

I started this layout with an Allison Davis Volume 5 sketch. The papers are all from Echo Park. The title was cut on the Silhouette using a font on my computer and a design from their store.

I started this layout with a Page Maps 2 sketch. The papers, journaling card & stickers are from Echo Park. The pom-pom trim is from Fancy Pants (I believe). I used an EK Success border punch. The title I cut on the Silhouette.

I loved using this Jana Eubank sketch. The papers are stickers are from Fancy Pants. I cut the title and dandelion on the Silhouette using designs from their store using Recollections cardstock.

I did something new for this layout. I was really inspired by a layout I saw on page 15 of teh Scrapbook Tips & Tricks : Texture magazine. So I altered it to fix my 12 x 12 scrapbook size. The white cardstock is from Bazzill. The patterned papers are from Echo Park, Bo Bunny & Fancy Pants. The embellishments are from Fancy Pants & Echo Park. I cut the title out of Echo Park Paper using a design from the Silhouette online store. The blue and clear circle "drops" are from Recollections.

I started this layout with an Inspired Blueprints sketch. The papers here are from Fancy Pants. I cut the title using a design from the Silhouette store that I added the off-set to. The snowflakes are also from the Silhouette store. I sprayed them with some Smooch spray before adding them to the layout. The crystals are from Kaisercraft.

Here I used an Allison Davis Volume 5 sketch. The papers are from Bo Bunny. The trim I got from Jo-Ann's and is from Project Runway.

Super busy mid march

I just had a weekend all to myself to scrapbook and I got a ton accomplished. I finished 11 layout pages. And last week I did 5 pages and 1 card. Here are most of the layout from last week and this weekend. I am waiting for more daylight to photograph the last 4 pages.

My in-laws had to put down one of their dogs this week, so this is the card that I gave to my mother-in law on Saturday. The patterned paper is from American Crafts. The doilies were cut on the Silhouette using Bazzill cardstock. I inked the edges using Colorbox ink. The circle is from Bo-Bunny and I wrapped it using twine from The Twinery. The flower is from Prima.

I took pictures of both of my in-laws' dogs at Thanksgiving and I was planning on making layouts for my mother-in-law about each dog, but those plans got moved up after they put this dog down on Thursday. So I made a layout for each dog to give to her on Monday (tomorrow). I started with a Sketchy Thursday sketch for this layout. The background is Bazzill cardstock covered with a Slice Transparency from Making Memories. The patterned papers are from Graphic 45. The flower is from Prima. The cardstock for the journaling is from Bazzill. The trims are from Michael's (brown pom-poms) and Making Memories (ivory). The title, large shape & butterflies were cut on the Silhouette. The title cardstock is from American Crafts and Bazzill. The pearl drops are from Recollections.

This layout started with a Page Maps 2 sketch. The papers and stickers are all from Echo Park's Be Mine collection. I designed and cut the title with the Silhouette using Echo Park cardstock. The branches were also cut on the Silhouette using a design from their store. I sprayed the grey background cardstock with Pink Glimmer Mist.

Here I used a Page Maps sketch. The cardstock is from Doodlebug. The patterned papers and stickers are from Basic Grey's Eerie collection. The mesh circle and title were cut on the Silhouette using designs from their store. I used purple stickles on the word October in the title. The orange ric-rac is from Oriental Trading.

This is my take on an Alison Davis Volume 5 sketch. The kraft cardstock is from Recollections. The patterned paper, picture brads, stars and journaling shapes are from the Alphabet Soup collection by My Mind's Eye. The title is from Paper Wizard. The yellow brads are from Oriental Trading Company and I covered them with yellow stickles.

I started this layout with a Page Maps sketch. The papers are all from DCWV. I cut the title and leaves on the Silhouette using DCWV paper and designs from the Silhouette store. The journaling cards are from Oriental Trading Company. The button is from my stash and the twine is from The Twinery. I also used a Martha Stewart border punch.

Here I started with a Jana Eubank sketch. The papers and embellishments are all from the Merry Christmas collection from Echo Park. The title was cut on the Silhouette using a design from their store and Echo Park papers. The journaling pulls out. I also used an EK Success border punch.

I started this layout with a Page Maps 2 sketch. I used the Little Boy collection from Echo Park. I used an EK Success border punch for the circles and backed them with more patterned paper. I cut the scalloped circles and flowers using my Silhouette. The trim is from Jo-Ann's and the circles are actually iridescent in person.

I used a June 2009 Page Maps sketch for this layout. I used the Lilac House collection from Fancy Pants. The pink trim is from Fancy Pants (I believe). The twine is from The Twinery.

I used another Page Maps 2 sketch for this layout. I used the Happy Together collection from Fancy Pants for this layout. The ivory trim is from Making Memories.

So this is my in-laws' other dog. I started this with a Jana Eubank sketch. The patterned papers are from Basic Grey's Max & Whiskers line. The buttons are from Jo-Ann's and the twine is from The Twinery. The title, hearts & paws were cut on the Silhouette. I designed the title, but the shapes are from their store.
