Untitled Layout

I really love how this layout turned out. I love how simple it is and yet the details. I just love it when a layout just comes together!

This layout started out with a December 2009 Page Maps sketch. The paper and embellishments are from Basic Grey. I used my Sew Easy and DMC floss to add the stitching. I used two different EK Success border punches.

A new layout....

So I am going to try something new around here. Since I usually wait to photograph my layouts until I have several done, I end up uploading a bunch into one post. Well, what I am going to try now is to post each layout to its very own post and put up only one each day. Now there might be days with no posts, but we will see how it works out.

So here is today's layout:

This layout is about meeting CK Peep Steffanie (brown eyed girl) at the Portland CK Convention. We were in a class together and it was so awesome to meet her!!

For this layout I used a Jana Eubank sketch. The paper is from My Mind's Eye. I cut the title and frame on the Silhouette and used drops of Glossy Accents to the title. I added the stitching using my Sew Easy & DMC floss. The rhinestone flower is from Making Memories. The brads are from Making Memories. I bought the flower at the CK Convention from Nicole Peterson's booth.

I hope you check back tomorrow for another layout!

New layouts....Day 2

So here are the rest of my layouts (and a card too) from this past weekend. I showed you five yesterday and there are six today. Told you I was busy!

I started this layout with a sketch from November 2009’s Page Maps. The patterned papers are from Echo Park. The title are American Craft Thickers. The feathers, buttons, flower, burlap pocket and ribbon are from the kit I received from Sweet Peach Crop Shop. The flower is from K & Company and the buttons are from My Mind’s Eye. I added DMC floss to the buttons. The flourish behind the title was cut on the Silhouette.

I started this layout with a Jana Eubank sketch. The white cardstock is from Bazzill. The patterned paper is from Bo Bunny. I created the flowers with the Martha Stewart scoring board. The brads are from SEI. I added pink Rox from Queen & Company.

I used a Page Maps sketch for this layout. I created this layout with the Ad Lib collection from Bo Bunny. The ric-rac and orange trim was from my stash. I used my sew easy for the loop stitching above the picture. I used DMC floss and then added Rox by Queen & Company.

I started this layout with a sketch from the Page Maps 2 book. The cardstock is from Bazzill. The patterned papers are from Fancy Pants Love Bird Collection. The ric-rac is from my stash. The title was cut on the Silhouette. I used a Martha Stewart border punch. I used red & white DMC floss with my Sew Easy to added the stitches.

I started with a Page Maps sketch from December 2010. I created this layout using the It’s My Day line from Fancy Pants. I cut the borders and title on my Silhoutte. The red cardstock is from American Crafts. I used my Sew Easy and Bazzill stitch templates and finished them off with DMC floss and twine from The Twinery.

To start this card I used a June 2010 Card Maps sketch. I used Basic Grey paper for this card. The “congrats” circle is a Print & Cut from my Silhouette. The bling flourishes are from Want 2 Scrap that I cut apart.

New Layouts...Day 1

My daughter was visiting her grandparents last weekend, so I had the house all to myself for two whole days. Needless to say I finally got back into the scrapping groove. It felt so wonderful to start scrapping again. So since I got so much done I figured I would split this into two posts, one today and one tomorrow. So I hope you enjoy and thank so so much for taking the time to look.

I used a Sketch Support sketch for this layout. I used the Little Girl and Candy Shop Dots & Stripes lines from Echo Park. The title was cut on the Silhouette using American Crafts cardstock. The wood heart is from Studio Calico. The brad is from Basic Grey. I used my Bazzill stitch templates for the flowers and used DMC floss.
I created this layout for the Scrap FIT workout #46. Here I used a Sketchy Thursday sketch for this layout. I used various My Mind’s Eye products for this layout. The journaling card is from Echo Park. The title I created using my Silhouette. I used DCWV glitter cardstock and My Mind’s Eye paper for the title.

I used a Page Maps sketch for the starting point of this layout. I used the Fancy Pants It’s the Little Things Collection for this layout. I used some of their patterned paper, stickers, a transparency and rub-ons. The cardstock is from Bazzill. The title is done with American Craft Thickers.

I used a Scrapbook Generation sketch for this layout. The kraft cardstock is from Recollections. The patterned paper is from Green at Heart by Basic Grey. The bling is from Me & My Big Ideas. The ric-rac is from my stash.

An Inspired Blueprints sketch was my inspiration for this layout. I used the Bo Bunny Ad Lib collection. The title and the banner are cut using the Silhouette. I fussy cut the background paper to slide the blue paper below the designs in the bottom corners.

Two Layouts and Two Cards

It has taken me a lot longer than I thought it would to get into the swing of things now that my husband's R&R is over. I have been slowly starting to scrap again, but it has been a slow process. He has now been gone for 2 weeks and I have managed to create 2 layouts, finish a 2 page layout and make 2 cards. Oh well, some is better than none.

I started this layout with a Page Maps sketch. The papers are from Bo Bunny. The snowflakes and title were cut on the Silhouette. I used my Fiskers corner punch. The gems are from Kaisercrafts.

I made this card using scraps left over from my Material Girl class at the Creating Keepsakes Convention. The thank you part is a stamp. The blue ribbon is from a RAK that I received on the Club CK boards.

I created this card just using cardstock from American Crafts & Bazzill. The trees were cut using the Silhouette. The stamp is from Technique Tuesday.

I created this layout using a November 2009 Page Maps sketch. It was created during a Creating Keepsakes 1 hour challenge. I used Echo Park papers and stickers. The buttons are from my stash.

Sketch it to Me Blog Hop

Welcome to the Sketch It To Me Blog Hop. You should have reached me from Steffanie 's blog. If not then go back to Amanda's Blog to get started. As some added fun I am doing a giveaway. So just leave me a comment and I will pick a winner using random.org on Monday June 6th for a special prize. (This is where I would tell you what the prize is, but I am really far behind, so I will be buying the prize during the blog hop.)

I made this for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. I used the sketch from Amanda to make a card. I started with a chipboard star. I covered it with paper from Fancy Pants Designs. I added three rows of lace trim to the bottom of the star. The shape on the card is a print & cut design from Silhouette. The blueish doily is from some Prima packaging that I inked with some re-inkers before attaching it to the star. The ribbon to hand it up with is from Technique Tuesday.
I really love these photos. I used Amanda’s sketch pretty much as it is for this layout. The papers are all Bo Bunny. The buttons are from my stash. The pearls are from Recollections. The sequins are from Michael’s. The title was cut on the Silhouette. I added the partial circle because I love the movement that it added to the page.
Thank you all for joining me here for the blog hop. Now keep hopping to see what all the other fabulous ladies have created. Now off to Ashley's Blog!
