I created this card for McKenna’s teacher. The dot cardstock is from Bo Bunny. I used the Silhouette’s print and cut feature to print the coffee cup. I then used the Silhouette to cut out the title shape and the title. The kraft cardstock is from Recollections.

I used an older Basic Grey line here (Eskimo Kisses). The cardstock is from Bazzill and Ameican Crafts. The title and subtitle were cut on the Silhouette. The buttons are from my stash. The brads are from Basic Grey and my stash. And I used my sew easy again on this layout. What can I say I not only love the hand stitches, but I feel like they really finish off the layout.

I was inspired by these papers, even though they aren't the typical Christmas colors. The papers are from My Mind's Eye. The grey cardstock is from Doodlebug. The pink flower is from Prima. The wood heart is from Studio Calico. I used DMC floss and Bazzill stitch templates for the flowers. The bling is from Wants 2 Scrap. The stamp is from Studio G. The buttons are all from my stash. The white trim is something I found laying around here. I used my Sew Easy and DMC floss to add the zigzag stitches. The title was cut on the Silhouette.

I used Fancy Pants paper for this layout. The title and subtitle were cut on the Silhouette. The ribbons are from my stash. The key is from K&Company. I really fell in love with their collection of metal keys. The flowers are from Imaginisce with a brad in the center from my stash. I used my sew easy and some DMC floss to add the stitches to the layout. I then added snaps from Making Memories to the ribbons as a final touch.

The scalloped border was done with an EK Success border punch. The buttons are from my stash. The cream flower is something I bought at the CK Convention. I love the flower. The brad is from American Crafts.

Here is the girl card. The cloud paper is from American Crafts. The balloons are printed & cut using the Silhouette on Bo-Bunny Double Dot cardstock. I love how these came out. For the title I used several colors of glitter sketch pens for the Silhouette. So darling!!
This one is the boy card. I used strips of paper from American Crafts on top of kraft cards from Recollections. The ribbon is from Michael's. I printed the happy birthday sentiment on the patterned paper before cutting. I really love how simple this card looks.

I used the American Craft City Park collection for this layout. I cut the title and circles on the Silhouette. I also used the Silhouette blue glitter pen to sketch the subtitle on the blue circle. I love how this turned out!! For embellishments I used rub-ons from Studio Calico and Fancy Pants. The butterfly is from Making Memories. I used the Sew Easy & DMC floss to add the sewing elements. I also used foam squares to add dimension to some of the embellishments.

Right before I started this layout I saw the ScrapFIT workout #47: Summer TIME. How perfect for this month in review layout! I used the Echo Park Summer Days collection. The sun and both title words were cut on the Silhouette. The black cardstock is from Bazzill. I used my sew easy and DMC floss to add the hand stitches. The buttons are from my stash and the twine is from The Twinery. I also used foam squares to add some dimension to some of the elements.
I used a Sassy Lil Sketches sketch from March for this layout. The cardstock is from Bazzill. All of the paper and embellishments are from a new company called Authentique. I won a little sample kit on Facebook a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I got it, I knew what I wanted to do with the kit. The ribbon is from Technique Tuesday and I used DMC floss to add the stitches. I really love how this turned out!

Here is my darling daughter M. She insisted on being in the pictures today. I bought those white desk organizers at Office Depot because this is also my office space. I love how they look and how much stuff they hold!
The corner of my desk with my new bookcase and my ribbon stash hanging on the wall. I love having the basket in the corner of my desk. This is where I toss my scraps and then file them about every couple of weeks. It really helps keep my desk area clean. Then I got this tool caddy a while ago from Making Memories and I love it! It is so great having all the tools so close.
My new bookcase to take the place of the hutch I had on my desk before. I love how I can reach everything while at my desk. Everything is within easy reach, but it makes me desk area feel so much more open. I am loving all the extra light I have at my desk now.
This shelf is where I keep my supplies. I started out with just two shelves but I love that I can just buy more legs and shelves from Lowe's and expand the shelf. I now have so much storage! From the bottom shelf up...Bottom shelf is my Project Life binder, all my scraps (organized by color for cardstock and brand for patterned paper), page kits from CKC. Next shelf: Patterned Paper, binder of photos to scrap, mini albums, felt & misc papers & chipboard. Third shelf: Cardstock, Patterned Paper & Paper stacks. Top shelf: 8.5x11 cardstock, felt ribbon, glitter & embossing power & micro beads, blank card basket, ATG refills etc.
How I now store my little embellishments. Love how easy it is to grab what I want. Above my old desk was a hutch that DH and I made and we attached tons of empty baby food jars and that is how I had lots of these things sorted, but I love having them in these containers. Such a great buy for a couple of bucks each!
I found this adorable box at Michael's when I went there for some more bead organizers. This is now holding my stash of flowers. I really wanted something that is super pretty, but being on a super tight budget, this seemed like the best idea.
Cute little tags I made for all of my baskets. I made them using my Silhouette and the print & cut feature. Loving it!! I already know what is in all of my baskets, but I thought that this would be a great way to add a little more decoration for no money! Love it!! These make me smile.
Thank you for stopping by and taking a look. I have some new layouts to share, starting again tomorrow. Enjoy!!
