Celebrate the end of Deployment Destruction

There is quite the story behind this layout.  During my husband’s first deployment his parents flew the Deployment Flag.  When he got home from the deployment and we went home for Christmas it was his job to take that flag down.  Then it was decided that we should destroy the flag.  It took lots of ammo and time, but eventually it became quite torn and destroyed.

I used a Scrapbook Generation Volume 2 sketch for this layout. The cardstock is from Bazzill and I sprayed it with Glimmer Mist and Mister Huey’s spray ink. The patterned paper is from Basic Grey. The letter stickers in the title are from Basic Grey, October Afternoon and Pink Paislee. I added various rub-ons from Daisy D’s. The rhinestone stars are from Queen & Company. The ric-rac is from my stash.
